Do I Dare

You might wonder why a dare is being considered. For me, I’m reminded of a poem I read in high school entitled’The Love Song of J.Alfred Prufrock’ by T.S. Eliot. I’m particularly influenced by these lines…

… ‘And indeed there will be time

To wonder, “Do I dare? …

Do I dare

Disturb the universe?…

So how should I presume?

For me I would not dare to presume how another person is likely to respond to these lines of poetry. Link:
